Welcome to this day.

As you settle into your seat and find your breath,

Whether it be long extended exhales and slow inhales or hardly recognizable intakes,

Notice it.

Whatever you considered for this day,

Release it.

Whatever assumptions you have as it starts,

Let them go.

Allow yourself to move without expectation.

No expectation for your breath,

For your thoughts,

For your feelings,

For your body.

What it is,

It is.

What it will be,

It will be.

On this day,

You will be.

Be what your mind needs,

Your body craves,

Your soul desires.

On this day,

Release more than you grasp,

Let go of more than you take in,

And don't allow anything to stick that doesn't belong.

Do that for a moment,

Just be.

As you leave this meditation,

Take with you no expectations,

No ideas or thoughts,

I challenge you to be.
