Release your deepest exhale of the day.

You've made it.

Whether it was the best day ever or not as great,

You are here now.

Here where day has turned to night,

Your body has had enough and your mind is begging to settle.

Take a moment to gather your thoughts,

Collect them one by one,

And store them away for later.

The problems unanswered,

The challenges lingering,

The mountains left to climb,

They are not for you to resolve now.

They're not for your thoughts to linger or ponder or ruminate.

Put them aside.

Release them.

And as you release each thought,

Exhale.

It's out of your mind for now.

Allow yourself to settle a little further.

Get comfortable,

Real cozy.

Feel warmth,

Comfort,

Safety.

Imagine you're in a bubble where nothing can harm you,

Nothing can go wrong.

No challenges greet you,

No problems plague you.

Where your body is at ease,

Your mind too.

Allow yourself to take it all in,

Here and now.

This safety bubble,

It's yours to take with you.

Don't be shy.

Pack it up.

And as you leave this meditation,

Rest in the ease of the bubble.
