At times,
It's hard to think past your current situation.
Beyond the hurt,
Pain,
Sadness,
Disappointment.
It's hard to dig yourself out of the hole,
To see beyond the now.
Although you shouldn't dwell in the past or anticipate the future,
You should be reminded that you've had hard days before.
You've faced challenges,
Hurt,
Pain,
Sadness.
Disappointment isn't rationed out and only experienced once.
Unfortunately,
You've likely experienced it before.
The silver lining is that you've overcome it before.
Even if for a moment,
You overcame and once again you can.
So in this meditation,
Be encouraged.
Be encouraged to understand that you deserve another moment of feeling well,
Of experiencing happiness,
Joy,
Excitement,
To experience a moment of hope.
You deserve to see the other side of this.
Whatever this is,
You deserve to overcome it.
As you breathe in deeply and out slowly,
Take a moment to consider what the other side of this looks like.
Continue breathing.
Out loud or in your head,
Repeat the following.
I deserve to feel well.
I deserve to experience joy.
I deserve to experience peace.
I deserve to fill in the rest with what you deserve.
Truly believe every word you are saying and keep going.
What else do you deserve?
It is my most sincerest hope that you receive everything you deserve.
It's my hope that you believe you deserve it too.
