How often do you compare yourself to someone else?
Maybe someone who seems to have more than you?
Someone who seems to have it easier?
Someone who seems to have it all together?
Do you ever think,
Why not me?
During this meditation,
Breathe into the knowing that you are worthy.
You are worthy of the deepest love.
You're worthy of accomplishing the greatest dreams.
You are worthy of a life full of ease.
Tell those negative thoughts trying to creep in and negate what you're thinking,
That there's no room for them here.
Breathe in deeply and let them pass.
Now that you've released the negative thoughts,
Replace them with ones that matter.
Repeat after me,
I am worthy of the deepest love.
I am worthy of accomplishing my greatest dreams.
I am worthy of an easy life.
Again,
This time in a quiet whisper,
So you have to listen really hard to hear it.
Say,
I am worthy of the deepest love.
I am worthy of accomplishing my greatest dreams.
I am worthy of an easy life.
And again,
So you can't ignore it,
Say,
I am worthy of the deepest love.
I am worthy of accomplishing my greatest dreams.
I am worthy of an easy life.
One last time,
Like you're breathing in and out,
Like you mean it,
Say,
I am worthy of the deepest love.
I am worthy of accomplishing my greatest dreams.
I am worthy of an easy life.
Now breathe and let the knowing settle in your bones.
Ease your muscles and relax your mind.
As you rise from this meditation,
