If you are able,

Stretch your arms out wide to the side of you as if you are going to embrace someone you love.

With your arms outstretched,

Allow your back to be straight and your head to be held high.

Let your heart center be free,

Free from judgment,

Free from expectations,

Free from fear,

Free from persuasion,

Free from others,

Free from you.

Be open to what you want,

Your greatest desires,

Your wildest dreams,

And your biggest aspirations.

Now take a deep breath in.

And as you release,

Wrap your arms around yourself.

Release that inner you and repeat,

I'm open.
