Allow this meditation to bring you ease despite what may be going on in the world around you.
Find a comfortable seat and sit,
Allowing your body to relax.
Release the tension,
The weight of the chaos,
The fears,
The doubt,
The concern.
Take a deep breath in and allow your lungs to be filled with fresh air.
Hold that breath for a moment,
Allowing that air to fill each part of your body.
Now release.
With each of your next inhales,
Concentrate on nothing but the breath and sit here right now where one thing is for certain.
You are here.
Inhale.
Release.
