What do you need to feel ease?
Is it an easy start to your day?
No conflict,
Minimal interactions,
A few breaks throughout your day?
What you need may be out of your control,
But let's approach it with what we can control.
What's happening around us,
Our interactions with other people,
Some of that we can control.
So find comfort in your place,
Standing or sitting,
And take a deep breath in.
Allow the air filling your lungs to remind you this you can control.
Continue breathing in and out for a moment.
As we start these affirmations,
