Come into a comfortable seated position and if you have a cozy blanket somewhere nearby as well,
I highly recommend that you embrace yourself in it.
And place your hands somewhere on your thighs,
Palms face down.
Neither soften your gaze to one tiny little fixed point on the floor in front of you or close your eyes.
Shifting our awareness now to that intention of balance,
Start to make note of how balanced you are in your seat.
From your left side to your right side,
Is your weight evenly distributed?
From your roots to your crown,
Are you reaching down as much as you are growing up?
Take a few moments now to allow your brain to just dump out any last distracting thoughts.
We will be moving into mantra in a moment that will align us with these current cosmic energies we speak of.
But before we start to go that deep,
Let your breath flow organically and allow your mind the space to wander for a moment and just do its thing.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Exhale.
Exhale.

Breathe in.
Breathe out.
It's time to get clear on what balance means to you.
It's time to align yourself with the steps required to get yourself there.
To do that,

You must trust that you are capable and that what you are working on you must trust that you are capable and that what you are working towards is also working its way towards you.
So let's work with some mantra now to get to that place.
I'm going to say the mantra once just so you know what it is.

Take a long,
Slow inhale through your nose to lock those mantras into your being.
And open your mouth for a nice big release,
Letting go of anything that does not align with those intentions.
And now in the residue of those mantras has a singular focused intention,
Unearthed itself to you for this next cycle ahead.
Take a few moments in silence now to excavate your intention from the depths of your being.
Breathe your intention in.
Breathe out anything that does not align.
Take another inhale to lock that intention in.
And one more fabulously releasing exhale out your mouth,
Let go whatever is heavy,
Whatever doesn't serve you.
Now we're going to seal in our individual intentions as well as the collective goals of growth and healing with three ohms together.
Whenever you organically take your next inhale breath,
Feel that inhale lift your hands from your thighs and draw your palms to touch one another in front of your heart center.
