Starting off by thanking yourself for showing up.

But for showing up for everyone else.
Bringing your awareness to the stillness of the body.
Whether you're sitting up or laying down.
Noticing what moves in the body as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
Let us soften any tension that we may be holding onto by taking five deep breaths together.
Remember when we inhale,
Filling up the belly with air,
Pushing it outwards.
And then noticing the rise in the chest as the air moves its way to our head.
And when we exhale,
We let go nice and slow.
Go ahead and release all of the air out of the lungs.
Beautiful.

Let's take a deep breath in.
And slowly release.

At your own pace,
Take a few more deep inhales.
And as you exhale,
Notice your shoulders begin to fall.
Notice your hands begin to settle into the moment.
As you breathe deep,
Taking in the sacredness of life,
You release and surrender to all the beautiful possibilities that are unfolding for you right here,
Right now.
Meditation is not about having the right music,
The comfy cushion,
The scented candles.
All of that is extra.
The goal,
The intention,
Is to be here now.
Accepting of everything that ever was.
Accepting everything that ever will be.
Understanding what is here now.
You are here now.
Breathing.
Your heart is beating.
You are being held by the earth.
Even with your eyes closed,
You can still see and imagine the world that's right here.
You can still hear voices in your head,
Even though this voice may be the only one that you think you're hearing.
It is in this moment that you are able to observe life itself.

This is our opportunity to reset,

Let us direct our attention towards gratitude.
We know that gratitude is the attitude that will always lift us to new altitudes.
As you sit in this practice,
Direct your attention towards someone in your life that you hold deep gratitude for.
Picture them in your mind's eye as if they are standing right before you.
How grateful you are for this individual.
Notice the qualities and the features that they possess.
Notice how good it feels within you to know that you have them in your life.
What is it about this person that you admire so much?
What about them makes you smile?
Continue to hold this person in your mind's eye and reflect on the fact that what they are reflecting onto you is a quality that you yourself already have.
How grateful you are to have this person in your life to remind you of such truth.
What is an area in your life where you're fully embodying this quality?
How do you show and share this quality with others?
Where are you?
What are you doing?
How are you expressing yourself?
Today Hold this quality in your mind.
Remember you carry this with you in the here and now.
What is an area in your life where you feel you may be lacking this quality?
What is an area in your life where you believe you could use more of this quality?
This is where you can transmute this energy and transfer it from the area that is working in your life to the area where you perceive to not be working in your life.
Transfer this energy now.
Remember to breathe throughout this experience.
Imagine yourself embodying this quality in all areas of your life.

Posing the question,
What is something you are calling into your life?

This is the quality that you are to embody for what you desire to manifest.
Using your breath,
Allow this quality to anchor itself into your being.
Feel it expanding near the root of your spine.
Bringing itself out throughout the ground.
Feel this energy also moving its way up the spine.
Spreading throughout your shoulders and your arms,
The neck,
The head to the crown.
Breathe in this quality and release the manifestation.

Know that it is done.
Everything you need has already been provided for you,
Will always be provided for you,
And is being provided for you right now.
As you breathe in,
You remember,
And as you breathe out,
You give thanks and allow it to be so.
