Mindful moment.
Let us begin this practice by taking five collective deep breaths,
Expanding the belly outward,
Fully taking in the sacredness of life.
And as we exhale,
We release any tension in the body,
Nice and slow.
Go ahead and push the air out of the lungs.
Take a deep breath in,
Slowly release.
Deep breath in,
Slowly release.
Deep breath in,
Slowly release.
Deep breath in,
Slowly release.
One more deep inhale,
And slowly release.
Continue to notice the sensations of the body as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
In today's practice,
We will be taking a deep breath in,
Slowly release.
We will acknowledge the importance of new beginnings.
Oftentimes we are hesitant to embrace the fact that we may be starting over or stepping into a new environment,
New situation as a student.
And this can sometimes come with a level of discomfort.
Today,
As we sit in this stillness,
We remember that in the moments when we get to start over,
We are not actually starting from scratch.
We are starting with a new level of awareness,
Fully equipped with the tools that we've acquired from our past.
And we hold a strong intention of growing,
Expanding,
And transforming into the highest version of ourselves.
So today,
Right here,
Right now,
We choose to honor all the areas in our lives where we get to begin again.
You hold a variety of blessed filled gifts,
And you know that you are here to share all that you have received.
Using the inhale and the exhale,
I invite you to bring your awareness towards the center of your body and allow yourself to tap in to the gratitude you hold deep within your being.
What have you discovered about yourself?
What subjects have you studied and found passionate?
Find the gratitude within for all of the teachers you've experienced this life with.
Is there one teacher that comes to mind,
One that you are so profoundly grateful for?
Open your mind's eye and allow the gratitude to expand as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
Maybe you can takeaddy another teacher that comes to mind.
You are so wise.
You have come so far.
All that I could hear was a What are you excited to be learning in your life right now?
Where does your curiosity lead you?
What are you excited to be learning in your life right now?
Breathe in as you receive,
And breathe out as what doesn't serve you leaves.
Breathe out as you receive,
And breathe out as what doesn't serve you leaves.
Breathe out as you receive,
And breathe out as what doesn't serve you leaves.
Breathe out as you receive,
And breathe out as what doesn't serve you leaves.
There are so many people who look up to you.
Imagine all of the people that are waiting to hear what it is you have to share,
That are in need of learning what it is you have to teach.
There is a part of you that desires to inspire others into living in alignment with the highest version of themselves.
Remember that your greatest form of influence is by simply being the example.
You are not here to talk about what you say you can or will do.
You are here to be about it.
Take a deep breath in,
Slowly release.
You are here to trust that you are right where you need to be.
Feel free to stay here as long as you'd like.
Only move when you are moved to.
The light in me honors the light within you.
Namaste.
