Transitions,
Transitions,
Transitions.
Life is constantly changing and we are forever changing with life.
Sometimes when we try to get a handle on life,
The handle breaks.
And so in today's practice,
We are going to sit with the current transition that we are in.
Observe,
Allow,
Accept,
And embrace all that is unfolding for our greatest good.
Because all is unfolding for our greatest good.
Welcome to another beautiful,
Mindful moment.
Wherever you are,
Whatever you're doing,
I invite you to take this opportunity to find stillness within the body.
Quiet down the outside noise so you can listen to the guidance from within.
Now let us redirect our attention towards the breath as we breathe in.
And very slowly breathe out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Let us take one more together.
Deep inhale.
And surrender to what's next.
Simply allow the breath to move in and through the body as freely and as naturally as it desires.
Noticing your inhale.
Noticing the exhale.
Briefly checking in with the body and seeing if there is any tension,
Any constraint,
Any sadness or anger,
Any racing thoughts.
Simply observe what's present for you in this moment and allow what is alive to move in and through the body.
Remember there's no need to change anything.
Simply observe everything.
Breathing in deep into the belly.
And surrender the exhale.
Relax into this stillness.
Continue to be still and listen.
You're doing a great job so far.
Regardless of what challenges are being presented to you,
Remember that you've come so far.
What overwhelming thoughts have been taking up too much of your mind?
What emotions have been taking up too much space in your mind?
What emotions have been very challenging to hold?
Know that everything you're experiencing right now is merely a chapter in your life.
And at any moment you can bring this chapter to a close and write a new one.
And sometimes it can appear to be scary to close out a certain chapter,
To close out a certain relationship with another person,
To close out a certain habit or thought pattern.
Remember that with every ending there is a new beginning.
On your next inhale I invite you to embrace this new beginning.
And on the exhale surrender and trust in the space you are creating for more peace to enter your life.
On the next inhale breathe in a little deeper.
And on the next exhale open yourself up even more.
Beautiful.
When writing your story know that you deserve to write and create and plan and organize your ideal life from a place of peace,
From a place of clarity,
From a place of confidence and ease.
Sitting here in this practice you are giving yourself the opportunity to remember who you are,
Why you are the way you are.
Remember.
Remember.
Remember.
Remember.
Peace too shall pass.
As you enjoy your remaining few breaths in this practice I invite you to imagine every exhale rooting you down to the ground,
Strengthening your ability to maneuver through any challenge,
Confidently move through any transition.
This earth is holding you,
Nourishing you and guiding you.
Feel free to stay in this awareness of assurance,
Of positive reinforcement and support for as long as you need.
Namaste.
Namaste.
