Welcome to a mindful moment.

Begin to adjust yourself into a comfortable position,

Making sure your back is straight and your body is relaxed.

Let's start by embracing the air that flows in and out of our lungs with six collective deep breaths.

Good.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Take another nice deep breath in and slowly release.

As you listen to these words,

Continue to follow your breath,

Bringing your attention to your hands,

Noticing the sensation of being still.

Now take your focus and bring it up to your arms,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

Relaxing the jaw,

Up to your nose,

Your eyes,

And observe how you are able to control your focus and attention.

This is your power.

There is so much we are able to create.

Where focus goes,

Energy flows.

Continue to breathe peacefully as you relax into this moment.

Think about a time you put your mind towards something difficult or scary and with determination and persistence,

You overcame all odds.

What did it feel like to face these challenges?

Feelings of inspiration,

Confidence,

Doubt,

And fear are all common to arise during these times.
