Welcome to another beautiful mindful moment.

How good it feels to begin again.

Sitting up nice and tall.

Shoulders down and back,

Chest held high,

Chin tucked in.

Imagining a golden thread lifting the top of your head up into the heavens of the here and now.

In today's practice,

We'll be grounding ourselves in the truth of our being.

Let us begin by preparing ourselves for five collective deep breaths.

Where as we inhale,

We allow the belly to expand outward filling it up with as much air as possible and then watching as the air rises into the chest and the head.

And as we exhale,

We release nice and slow.

So go ahead and push all the air out of your lungs.

See yourself and let's begin.

Deep breath in and slowly release.

Deep breath in and slowly release.

Deep breath in,

Slowly release.

Deep breath in,

Slowly release.

One more together.

Deep breath in and slowly release.

Taking in the sacredness of life as you exhale,

You surrender to the here and now.

Using your awareness on the sensations of the inhale and the exhale.

Noticing how stable the ground is right now.

Noticing the posture of your body right now.

Noticing the vibration of the music as it penetrates your eardrums right now.

Breathing in and breathing out.

This is your opportunity to begin again.

Scanning the body from the top of the head down to the feet.

And with your awareness,

Check and see if there's any tension anywhere.

Maybe you could relax the forehead even more.

Unclench the jaw and relax the tongue.

Allow your arms to fall.

Giving your hands permission to rest.

And using your breath to anchor yourself into this experience.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Bringing your awareness back to the sounds that you hear.

Imagining for a moment that you are sitting tall with your back against a strong,

Wise tree.

As you breathe in,

This tree breathes out.

As you breathe out,

The tree breathes in.

Feel the support on your back.

Feel the base of the tree connected with the base of your spine.

As you breathe in,

You take in this experience.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine down into the air.

Noticing the roots of your being expanding all throughout the floor.

How does it feel to be so grounded?

How does it feel to know that nothing can shake you?

Or break you?

Or make you do anything that is not in alignment with the highest version of who you are?

How does it feel to be unstoppable?

How does it feel to be so powerful?

How does it feel to be so powerful?

You are so strong.

You are so wise.

You are so powerful.

Saying this mantra to yourself internally.

I am open to being guided by the breeze from the trees.

I am open to being guided by the breeze of the trees.

I am open to being guided by the breeze of the trees.

Breathe.

With all of the challenges that our world and our people are faced with,

Where are you being led into?

How are you showing up for yourself and for others?

What are you creating?

Continue to be open to receiving visions throughout your day.

You are open.

You are receptive.

And as you breathe in,

Life is giving you all the gifts.

And as you breathe out,

You share.

And you show just how much you care.

Feel free to stay here as long as you like.

And whenever you are ready,

You can bring your awareness back into the room,

Back into the body by slowly wiggling your toes,

Your feet,

And observing what it's like to be in this body that allows you to be anybody.

The light in me honors the light in you.
