Hello,
Hello,
Welcome back.
I am so excited to share another guided meditation with you.
This is Brittany Lee,
Your favorite intuitive healer and transformational coach.
We are here today to go on a journey with our inner child.
This is going to be a nice meditation to just relax,
Settle into,
Really connect with your heart space.
As always,
If you are listening to this,
Please do not operate a vehicle or any heavy machinery,
Leaving room for you to fall into a deep sleep if possible,
Or to just really get you centered for your day.
So just let any visuals,
Any emotions,
Anything that comes up just flow to and through you.
Be the observer.
Just try to surrender.
Let go of control.
Everything you feel is perfect.
So I want you to just get comfortable sitting or laying down,
Whatever feels right.
Just start really connecting with the space that you're in.
What sounds do you hear?
What temperature is around you?
If any.
Allowing that to just be a part of the experience.
And now send your energy inward,
Disconnecting from that place,
Allowing your focus to go into your body,
Sending your awareness to your physical form,
Scanning your body,
Allowing your breath to remain at its natural pace,
Connecting with your heart center.
I want you to start taking some deeper breaths,
Sending the air from your belly to your chest for a count of four,
And holding that breath at the top of your head for a count of four.
Just sending the air all the way down to your toes for a count of six,
Creating a wave of energy moving up and down your body,
Removing any stagnant,
Clearing out anything that no longer serves you.
Do that a few more times at your own pace.
Just going back to your regular breathing pattern,
Letting your body weigh heavy on whatever surface it's touching.
If your eyes are not closed already,
Allow them to close ever so slightly,
Ever so slowly.
Just picturing a beautiful white light just coming down and washing down your body.
Maybe that feels cooling,
Maybe you feel a vibration,
An activation.
I want you to picture yourself on an elevator.
You're entering the elevator,
The doors are opening.
I want you to hit basement,
Watch the doors close,
Going down floor by floor.
And then as those doors open again,
I want you to realize that you are in one of your most beautiful favorite spaces in nature,
Stepping out into the space barefoot to connect yourself,
Ground yourself.
Pay attention to the temperature of the space.
Is it day?
Is it night?
Maybe there's stars in the sky or beautiful clouds.
See if you can notice any animals.
Do you hear them?
Do you see them?
Welcome all of this into your existence.
Just walk through the space and explore this space with the innocence of a child's mindset.
Just pure curiosity and no fear.
Just trusting that you're exactly where you need to be.
Even reach down,
Touch the grass,
Touch the soil,
The sand,
Whatever you're standing on and in.
We've looked at the world differently since we've become adults and all we're trying to do is go back to that innocence,
That purity of a child's mind where there are no limits or no limitations.
I want you to picture yourself sitting in this space,
Sitting down,
Getting comfortable,
Connecting with the earth,
With the environment,
Looking down at your body,
Really appreciating your body and its form where it is today.
Everything your body has been through,
All of the growth mentally and physically.
Just sending gratitude and love to your temple.
I want you to even hug yourself,
Wrap your arms around yourself,
Giving yourself a squeeze,
Putting a smile on your face.
I want you to really think back to a moment in your childhood that stands out to you.
A moment where you experienced extreme joy.
Who was around you?
What was happening?
How did you feel?
Really explore that memory.
I want you to think about a time where you experienced pain or loss for the first time,
Or just a time that really stands out to you.
How did you respond to that?
Does that reflect how you respond to pain and discomfort today as an adult,
Or today where you're at in this moment?
I want you to think about how you expressed yourself as a child,
Where your needs met.
What was your family like?
Who showed up for you?
Who didn't?
Just letting that create emotions in your heart center.
I want you to call forward your parents or whoever raised you as a child,
And I want you to let them stand in front of you.
I want you to call in your imaginary inner child.
Whatever stands out to you the most from your memory,
Whatever age.
And I want you to allow this family to speak to you.
Really listen to them.
What do they have to tell you?
Allowing them to say all the things that you've always wanted to hear them say.
Picturing them meeting your needs,
Exceeding the expectations that you could have had as a child.
With grace and with ease.
I want you to picture them picking you up or just reaching down,
Hugging you,
Kissing your forehead,
Maybe brushing your hair out of your eyes.
Just feel that connection with them.
Now I want you to picture yourself standing in front of the you right now.
It doesn't matter what age this inner child is,
Just connecting with that inner child,
Looking them in the eye.
What do you feel?
I want you to tell this child how much you love them.
What are their unique gifts and skills that they're running from and not embracing?
What is it that you want to say to your inner child?
Let that dialogue flow from your heart space.
Noticing what emotions arise on both ends.
Give this child a hug.
Just hold them.
Allow them to cry.
Allow them to laugh.
Just allow them to release.
Just hold space.
Now I want you to allow this inner child to speak to you.
This child has a lot to say.
What is this child reminding you?
What is this child telling you about where you're at right now?
What advice can this child give you to move towards your life path,
Your purpose,
Your greater good?
Now picture that child giving you a squeeze and holding space for you to release whatever you need to release.
I want you to grab the hand of this child.
I want you both to walk.
Walk deeper into this beautiful space and nature that you've created in your mind,
This safe space.
And I want you two to just explore and play.
Just be.
Anytime you feel frustration,
Resistance,
Exhaustion,
Fear,
I want you to tap back into this beautiful place and remember this child and what it can teach you.
And even just for a few minutes,
Allow yourself to be in this space of creation and curiosity and playfulness.
Life is all meant to be lessons and playing and fun,
Exploration inwardly and outwardly.
If we could all just live through the mindset of our inner children,
The world would be such a better place.
I want you to take some deep breaths,
Filling your belly and your chest,
Sending the air back up to the top of your head and holding for a count of four.
And just let it go for a count of six.
How does your body feel?
How does your heart feel?
I want you to hold on to the moments that meant the most to you during this meditation and I encourage you to write these things down.
Doing this meditation often,
Checking in,
Learning,
Exploring.
Just start coming back to your body,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Stretching and moving any parts of your body that feel needing,
Feel that needing,
That energy.
Maybe moving your head from side to side.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Take one more deep breath in and out.
I want to thank you for showing up for yourself.
It only takes 15 minutes to experience what you just experienced.
Thank you so much for supporting me,
My vision and for showing up for yourself because we are all one and we are all connected.
Sending love to you,
Sending love to your inner child.
Let's go play.
Thank you.
