Alright,
Closing down your eyes,
Taking a moment to get really comfortable here in your physical body,
Making any last minute movements,
Allowing your body to centre in this present moment and in the space you are in right now.
And we'll begin taking in deep nourishing breaths in through our nose and releasing gently out through your mouth,
Beginning to find your own natural rhythm here with your breath.
We're not forcing,
We are focusing on inviting in this pure air,
This life force energy with each inhale,
Filling up your front body and your back body.
And then with each exhale,
Releasing.
You don't need to know what you're releasing,
Just setting that intention with each exhale out through your mouth.
You're releasing energy from your physical body that is not of service to you anymore.
You're releasing tension through your exhale.
You're releasing any experiences from today or this week that are not here for your highest good or the highest good of all.
Continuing with that invitation through your inhale,
That beautiful and abundant breath of air we have access to in every moment,
Inviting in your own inner radiance with each inhale and with each exhale,
Just focusing on releasing some more.
And as we release with each exhale,
We create space in our body,
We create space in our mind.
We allow ourselves to clear and cleanse our energy of anything that is no longer serving us.
And when we do this,
We let ourselves come back to our center.
Continuing here for another few moments with your own natural breath,
Breathing in through your nose,
Filling up your front body,
Your back body.
And then on the exhale,
Gently out through your mouth,
Releasing,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Now slowly bringing your awareness to your feet,
Keeping your eyes closed,
Bringing awareness to your feet and beginning to send your breath down through your body all the way down,
Filling up your hips and your thighs,
Your legs,
All the way down to your feet,
Inviting in a sense of grounding into your physical body.
And finally,
Bringing your awareness to your crown,
To the top of your head and scanning down through your body in our final moments here together.
And just bring your awareness to anything that needs to be released,
Scanning down,
Visualizing scanning down through your crown,
Your head,
Your neck.
You may like to imagine a white light moving down over your body,
Scanning,
And if it comes into anything that needs cleared or cleansed,
It just gently does this.
So naturally with so much ease and that cleared energy moves away from you,
Falls away from your energetic body and transmutes back to its highest form to mother.
Scanning down all the way down over your belly,
Again over your hips,
Your legs,
Inviting in your breath here again to support you to release on those exhales of anything that comes up or comes through,
Not making it mean anything,
Allowing yourself to let it go without any stories.
Coming into your heart space,
We will finish here with the intention of inviting in your inner radiance,
Letting your inner radiance glow today.
You've created space in your body and in your field and together we call in all potential possibilities.
