Your evening gratitude meditation is the perfect way to finish your day with intention and connection to self. My intention behind this meditation is that you will plug this into your ears once you jump into bed and/or practice it consistently as part of your evening routine. I will guide you, your body, and your mind to drop into a deep relaxed frequency, grounding your energy and winding down as we reflect on the day and give thanks and gratitude for the blessings in your life and from your day.

Hello my beautiful,

Beautiful friend.

Welcome to your evening gratitude meditation,

Where together we will send gratitude,

Love,

Thanks and appreciation for the day that has been.

I invite you to get really comfortable,

Perhaps you are lying down in bed,

Or maybe you are sitting somewhere cosy in your pyjamas with the intention of winding down.

I invite you to bring awareness to your breath.

Notice how you are naturally breathing right now.

Together we will breathe in through our nose and out through our mouths.

Inhale again,

Breathing in,

Exhaling and releasing anything that you've carried throughout the day.

Breathing in,

And another massive release,

Exhaling and letting go of anything that is no longer serving you.

Beautiful.

I invite you to find a really natural and comfortable breath to stick with throughout this meditation.

That may be inhaling and exhaling through your nose,

Focusing on your belly rising and falling,

Or it may be an inhale through your nose and an exhale out of your mouth.

You choose whatever feels best for you.

Feeling your body beginning to relax with every breath,

Your shoulders move away from your ears,

Your muscles relax and mount into whatever you are sitting or lying on.

And you arrive here with presence and intention.

I invite you to bring awareness to your breath and visualize yourself sending your breath down through your throat,

Down through your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your hips,

Sending your breath all the way down your legs,

Through your knees,

Your shins,

Your ankles,

Right down to your feet,

To the soles of your feet,

And sending your breath to the tip of every one of your toes.

We are going to focus on grounding your energy for a moment.

I invite you to visualize roots coming out from the soles of your feet,

Visualizing them moving down through the ground,

Down through the earth,

And through all the layers below the surface,

The rock,

The lava,

Right down to the center of the earth,

Where we meet a beautiful emerald green energy.

This is the center of Mother Earth,

Full of love,

Connection,

And intention.

Visualize this emerald green energy flowing back up those roots you sent down,

Moving all the way up through each layer of the earth,

Right up until this loving energy touches your feet and floods your body with warmth.

You may feel some sensations here,

Some tingling.

This is Mother Earth's love flowing through you,

Mother Earth's heart energy.

Visualizing this emerald green energy moving all the way through your body,

Filling up every corner.

You may like to place your hands on your heart and just fully receive this love.

While you're in this love bubble from Mother Earth,

I invite you to bring everything to mind that you are grateful for.

There is so much to be grateful for.

Perhaps it was something that happened today.

Perhaps it is gratitude for someone you have in your life.

Perhaps many things come to mind straight away.

In your mind,

Feeling gratitude flowing through you,

I am grateful for,

I am grateful for,

And finishing that sentence over and over again.

How amazing does that feel?

I invite you to bring a person or a situation or something to mind that you wouldn't normally send out gratitude to or feel gratitude for,

But I invite you to look at this differently tonight and send gratitude to that person or that situation,

Knowing that you have an abundance of love and you can send the overflow to whoever needs it.

Sending one last wave of gratitude back to Mother Earth,

Thanking her for sharing this energy with you tonight,

Thanking her for grounding you every day,

Sending gratitude to Mother Earth for all that she provides for us.

I am thankful,

Grateful,

And happy for you,

Mother Earth.

Thank you.

Feel that warmth wash over you some more.

Together,

We'll take three final breaths.

Breathing in through our nose,

Exhaling out the mouth and through the nose,

Relaxing even more with each exhale.

One final breath,

Breathing in and relaxing even more.

Thank you for being here with me tonight.
