Closing down your eyes,
Settling in and preparing your mind to be here with me for two minutes.
Beginning with some beautiful deep inhales.
Breathing in through your nose,
Filling up your chest,
Your belly,
The sides of your body and your back body.
Inhaling this big beautiful 360 degree breath and with each exhale releasing anything you're holding on to.
Exhaling out through your mouth.
Inhaling,
Filling up through your nose and with each inhale feeling your nervous system relax and with each exhale letting go.
Bringing your hands to your heart and repeating in your mind or out loud,
I am ready,
I am ready,
I am ready.
And then bringing your hands together rubbing your hands together,
Feeling the energy build in your hands and then gently placing the bottom of the palm of your hands softly over your eyes,
Feeling your whole body,
Your nervous system,
Your mind and your energy reset and now you're ready to go.
