I created this for you to sit with every morning, to come into the present moment, to have gratitude for your journey regardless of how it's feeling and of course to experience that deeply nourishing exhale. When we start our day nourishing ourselves, attuning our frequency, and connecting to what is true for us and our own journey - we get to experience more flow, freedom, and harmony throughout our days.

Welcome to your daily exhale bring an awareness to your body to your breath and begin settling into the space around you to closing down your eyes if they're not already closed and beginning to invite in some deep inhales in through your nose and exhaling gently out through your mouth inhaling and exhaling connecting in to the present moment connecting into your body with each inhale seeing if you can fill up your chest and your lungs your belly a little bit deeper and a little bit wider and then with each exhale feeling that nourishment feeling that surrender feeling yourself arriving here bringing gratitude to this present moment in your life bringing gratitude for the season of life that you're in right now knowing that whatever you are experiencing whatever you're moving through right now it's an important part of your journey regardless of how it's feeling regardless of the stories you might be telling yourself about where you're at right now coming to the present moment owning the present moment releasing any judgment releasing any comparison releasing any agitation and just simply being with what is take a moment to visualize your journey here in this lifetime visualizing your journey as a landscape maybe you see a path or a road that is guiding you on this journey maybe there are people in this landscape surrounding you guiding you,

Reminding you to come back to yourself time and time again looking at this landscape of your journey and feeling into what is next for you in this moment trusting that whatever you're being shown whatever you're feeling whatever guidance is coming to you whatever you're feeling whatever you're feeling feeling whatever guidance is coming through is perfect for you in your own unique journey once again inviting in some deep nourishing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth really melting into each of those exhales feeling your body relax feeling your mind slowing down and allowing yourself to come back to your center reminding yourself that you are exactly where you are meant to be stay here for as long as you need or if it feels good for you bring some movement back into your body bring some movement back into your body coming back into the space surrounding you and choosing to take the next steps forward today on your journey have a beautiful day my friend
