This was a phenomenal class. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The methodology and logic makes so much sense and adds layers of meaning to my practice.

So very different, thinking and doing nothing. Found it very mentally relaxing.

I really loved this instruction. Each negation, was almost an invitation. In the instruction to not negate negation or to amplifiy the negation was powerful.

Beautiful description. This was put in such a beautiful way and easy to understand. I am new-ish at meditation and have a very active monkey mind.🤗

That was not only a good meditation but an excellent explanation and approach to meditation on the whole. You opened a new perspective on this practice for me. Thank you 🙏🏼.

A good approach. I first encountered the negation approach reading Ouspenski (Gurdijeff). One thing I have quite never allowed to be - is sleepiness whenever I close my eyes or gently gaze a few meters in front of me. I “fight” through it and then I’m ok (most of the time). If I don’t, I doze off. Any suggestions?
