Words as a divine download and I would like to share them with you.
You could
Choose to make this a meditation or simply a pause in your day.
Feel free to
Be seated or standing.
Eyes could be open or closed.
I would encourage you to set
Aside any distractions and become fully present.
Breathing a little deeper and
Bringing your awareness to your belly.
This is your solar plexus chakra which
Is the seat of your empowerment as you notice the rise and fall of your breath.
Now allow these words to wash over you like cleansing waves of the ocean.
This
Is a reminder from your soul that you are worthy.
You are worthy to dream big
And go for it.
You are worthy to set goals and achieve them.
You are worthy to
Receive abundance in all its forms.
You are worthy to receive your own love.
You
Are worthy to be powerful and create a life that you wake up to with a
Resounding yes.
You are worthy because you are with nothing to prove.
So when
You are tempted to give up on yourself or talk yourself out of your own inner
Wisdom,
Remember that there is no shame,
No guilt,
No failure,
And no personal lack.
May you remember that you are worthy to receive love.
Feel it and know it in your
Bones.

Now to seal this sacred space and time,
Feel the energy of worthiness in
Your physical body.
Bring your awareness to your heart space and feel that energy
Expand as you roll your shoulders back,
Palms extend up,
And if possible,
Extend
Your arms out and up toward the sky as a gesture to receive your own love.
Feel
This sacred worthiness in your body,
For it is your truth.
And so it is.
