Give thanks for every single moment you have ever experienced throughout all of time.
Allowing yourself to connect to the beauty and magic of nature.

Feeling the trillions of cells inside of your body working together for wholeness.
Give thanks for each of them for doing their part.
Aligning your energy and intentions to stay present and focused on your breathing.

Receiving this prana,
This life force energy into your lungs,

Cleansing and clearing,

Dissolving and grounding.

More centered,
More connected.

Feeling the downward spiral of your spine as you begin to grow roots,
Connecting to the earth energy.
Feeling the magnetic pull ground you downwards as the spiral begins to move down through your body,
Spiraling down into the earth.
Feel that corkscrewing energy moving down through your awareness as you continue to breathe.
Deep,
Deep down to the core of the earth,
As it arrives,
Feel yourself being pulled completely into your body,
Completely into this moment.
Allow yourself to grow receptive to the energy in everything by softening your stomach muscles.
As you soften your stomach muscles,
Feel yourself absorbing the energy around you,
No longer pushing it away.
Feel yourself as you soften those stomach muscles,
Beginning to absorb the energy and light that surrounds you.
Keeping the stomach soft,
Allow for the tension to dissolve from your body.
Allowing yourself now to be present with any messages that are coming through at this time,
Giving thanks for it all.

Noticing how rooted to the spot you are.
As you exhale,
Feel that connection.
Breathing in,
Giving thanks for the ways in which you're allowing life to support you,
No longer pushing it away,
But in allowing it in.
Giving thanks for each breath,
For each lesson that comes from being present,
From becoming the observer,
The participant in your experience.
Giving thanks for the earth,
For the plants,
For the animals,
For the insects,
For all of life that is working together for the wholeness of this planet,
Just as all cells within your body are working together for your wholeness.
Feel that connection to your role as one of the cells of planet earth.
Breathing in,
Feeling how every single act and action and thought and feeling of love and gratitude affects everything.
