In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen started practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, eventually guiding international trainings and establishing Dhyana Yoga, a Yoga Alliance-certified school. His nomadic life inspired him to become an author and study with global masters. Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf is a certified freediver, sponsored native flutist and instructor, who also studied at the Tony Robbins Coaching School. He explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon, led ceremonies in Peru, and studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Nepal. Wolf’s message: Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is.
