Leyla is a mind-body healing practitioner supporting people living with chronic pain, stress, and nervous system overwhelm. After years of teaching yoga and meditation, she experienced a severe period of chronic back and nerve pain that left her largely immobile. Through mind-body medicine, breathwork, and gentle somatic practices, she discovered how deeply pain is connected to the nervous system and how regulation, awareness, and self-compassion can restore a sense of safety in the body. Her approach blends breathwork, mindfulness, yoga, and pain-science–informed practices to help students soften tension, reduce fear around pain, and rebuild trust in their bodies. Her sessions are gentle, trauma-sensitive, and accessible for sensitive or healing bodies. Leyla holds a degree in cognitive science and has training in chronic pain recovery, breathwork, yoga, and meditation.
