Yes - felt good to let it go. Feels good to have more space in my chest to breathe. Thank you.

Thank you, this exercise was extremely hands-on (literally!) and helpful. I felt the release of tension. Hope to come back to it every time I have these moments. Thank you again, Ipek! 🙏🏼

This is one of the best meditations I have tried! The garden representing my thoughts and emotions is so powerful, so easy for me to understand. ❤️

Thank you. Quick and easy to follow, with instant benefit - I will be back to play this again - until letting go becomes a given for me ✨

Ipek, This was a great meditation! The analogy of holding a sharp object tightly in your hand and thinking of the relief when you release it was a wonderful visual aid. As you discussed the energy, emotional space, etc. that holding on to things/thoughts takes up, it really made me stop and think about that. The exercise whereby I held my fists tightly and then released the fists and placed my open palms face up ob my lap was gratifying and emotion-releasing. I will be listening to this meditaion often. Thank you!

Thank you, I have often wondered how on earth one goes about this. It just seems difficult at times. Your explanation and practice was spot on. It’s amazing how such a phrase is so used yet not explained until now🙏
