Let's relieve anxiety together.
Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Notice what your anxieties are about.
Do they have to do with the present moment?
Or are you thinking about the future,
Perhaps mixed with the past?
You may notice that your anxieties are things that may happen or may not.
Did you know that 99.
9% of our worries never end up happening?
So let's ease our anxiety and become aware of the present moment.
A good way to do this is by simply counting.
So let's count down from 10 and with each number you hear,
Take a nice deep breath in and out.
I will guide you.
Let's stay in the moment.

Let your breaths become longer and deeper.

Now just in your mind's eye,
Imagine the number zero,
A circle.
And when you see this zero with your imagination,

So there is nothing to be anxious about.
I'm going to count down from 10 once again and allow for each number to relax you more and more.
In fact,
Each number you hear will double your relaxation.

We only have control over our own reaction to the outside world.
Expressing your emotions in a healthy way feels good.
Getting things off your chest that may be circling in the mind giving you anxiety are good to write down.
After this meditation,
Get a sheet of paper and just write down anything you are anxious about.
And know that as you write these things,
They are being released from your mind,
From your body and from your soul.
After you have written out everything you are anxious about,
Take that sheet of paper,
Glance over it and then throw it away or even burn it.
For you know and I know that 99% of your worries never end up happening.
It feels good knowing this truth,
A gentle reminder that you can just let go of your anxieties as soon as they come.
Writing them down is a healthy way to do this.
I will count up now and you will feel so alert,
Awake and ready to take on the day at number 10.
