Today I choose. Today I choose. I choose to let go of the memories that have been weighing me down. I watch them rise from me and drift back on the stream of time, Back to where they came from. I feel so much lighter. Today I choose. I choose to let go of self-limiting thoughts, Those thoughts that have been weighing me down. I allow them to drift like clouds, Higher and higher, Until they are gone. I focus on the thoughts that sustain me. I feel so much lighter. Today I choose. I choose to let go of fear, To let go of all the negative emotion that has been weighing me down. From a place of calmness and clarity, I see it all in a new light. I watch it become weaker and weaker. I feel so much lighter. Today I choose. I choose to let go of the me I don't want to be, The me of the past who is shackled, Not free, The me with the memories, The thoughts and the fears that have been weighing me down for so many years. I let go of that me. I feel so much lighter. Today I choose. I choose to step into my future. I choose to be free. I feel so much lighter.
