So let's make yourself comfortable and settle into the surface supporting you.
Allow your breath to relax into its natural rhythm and let those shoulders drop,
Those eyelids close.
Now,
Take yourself inwards,
Into that space behind your eyes,
To that dark soft space where it is warm and safe.
Just stand there in that space and feel yourself relax.
Now,
Picture a circle of light forming around your feet,
Round and round,
Round and round,
Higher and higher,
Until it becomes a ball and you are encased in a ball of light,
Soft and white.
You feel relaxed and safe within that ball and as you watch the ball hardens and becomes crystal,
Smooth and clear,
And you are in a safe crystal ball.
You can see through it.
You feel safe and protected.
The base of your ball is soft.
You can sit if you wish.
When you touch the side of the ball with your hands,
You feel its smoothness,
Not hard,
Not soft,
Not hot,
Not cold,
Just smooth and warm.
You find you can turn the ball with your hands.
You can move the ball.
As you move the ball,
You feel the ball rise,
Rise out of the space that is you and up,
Up into the sky,
Through whatever building you're in or whatever side,
Up higher and higher and higher,
Bluer and bluer,
Deeper and deeper into space,
Further and further into the universe,
Just moving slowly,
As if there's hardly any motion at all between the stars and solar systems.
Calm and safe in your crystal ball,
Even further and further into the heart of the universe,
Where you stop,
Suspended in time and space,
In silence,
In peace.
Sit here in your cocoon of light and allow these images to flow through you.
The light of the universe surrounds me.
The power of the universe protects me.
The peace of the universe enfolds me.
The heart of the universe loves me.
The love of the universe heals and empowers me.
The love of the universe is the power of the universe.
The spirit of the universe guides me.
The songs of the universe sing to me.
The words of the universe speak to me.
The light of the universe is the light of the universe.
The knowledge of the universe enlightens me.
The magic of the universe enchants me.
The beauty of the universe inspires me.
The passion of the universe excites me.
The laughter of the universe enlightens me.
The presence of the universe is with me always.
The soul of the universe is mine.
The images of the universe are with me always.
