Not only what we put on our plates, but what we consume in social media, news outlets, the people we surround ourselves with and what we read and listen to.
Let's contemplate what we take in, and see and consider how it affects our daily lives and wellbeing.

What I Surround Myself With
Today we are going to contemplate how our surroundings affect us. What little changes can we make to improve where we live, work, and visit?
Small changes can make a big impact, hanging up the beautiful family photos you have sitting around, changing a wall color, tidying up or moving to a different office!
Who are the people you surround yourself with? How can your relationships have more gratitude injected into them? Is it time to move on from a friendship?

Lets revisit the past few days and see what we've uncovered about what we can do to step into who our authentic self is!
Revisit any journaling that you did, and start making those moves!
It helps to start small, rather than jumping headfirst into a bunch of huge changes. Start with one thing you can do today, and make that a new habit.
