Hello, this is a meditation for a deep sleep. It starts with a powerful and easy massage around the eyes, then we relax with a body scanner. The point of the meditation is to pay attention to your eyes, to notice that once you can truly relax them, your whole body follows it. And it's a fast way to fall asleep. I hope you all enjoy it.
