Let's take a deep breath in close our eyes and let the world dissolve from experience and this is already such a massive step you know with the one simple closing of our eyes so much of our experience dissolves instantly what's left is just the experience of this body,

Sounds but there's a lot less to project onto to think about so this could also be a practice keeping your eyes closed for more of the time or using a blindfold from time to time just to return to the body,

Return to the tools and as soon as there is attention in the body first it wants attention and second it wants to seemingly go out but what it really wants is to be seen as it actually is,

To return to where it came from and to do that you can just listen to the so-called body and let movement arise with the feeling let it move back to awareness you you it to move it is already less localized less tense can shift and change it is allowed to do exactly what it wants to do within this infinite spaciousness of awareness you you you and sometimes the feeling can go up to the mind and take the form of thoughts at the times it just moves around the body whatever happens is what is meant to happen you you and when the body is liberated in this way when we are no longer experiencing separate entity something other than awareness you you and the body's free from tensions then we can also appreciate what it's here to do the purpose that it serves which is expressing the freedom that we are sharing ideas having conversations with others being understood all of these things that awareness cannot do without bodies and minds you you then we can find the joys in life perceive beauty you you know how awareness experiences itself in another you with the knowing that we cannot be hurt we cannot be changed we are always complete always present always open and allowing comes this ability to participate ever more fully into life you there is this paradox that the more we know that our true nature is awareness and therefore not human then the more human we can be the more we can accept the full range of emotion the full range of thoughts you experience more and more of life with an open heart you you I think these words sound like quite good words to end this meditation on so we can take a few deeper breaths and return to our beautiful conversation thank you
