Hey,
Welcome to the practice of yoga nidra.
In today's practice we are focusing on realigning the digestive system.
So start to lie down comfortably in shavasana,
Keeping the legs slightly apart,
Arms by your sides,
Palms facing upward.
Close your eyes and make any adjustments to make your body feel at ease.
And slowly start to connect with your breath,
Breathing in fully,
Breathing out slowly,
Breathing in fully,
And breathe out slowly.
With every breath allow the body to relax,
To unwind.
Feel the ground beneath,
And feel the support among the earth,
Feel the connection of your body with the earth,
And soften a little.
Allow the breaths to flow,
And take a few moments to set your intention.

Repeat it one more time mentally.
Exhale and let it go.
Now we will move through different parts of the body.
When I say become aware,
Either try to feel that body part from the inside,
Or just think about that.
Become aware of your right hand,
Right hand,
Thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Now the little finger,
Left hand,
Right palm,
Back side of the palm,
Right wrist,
Lower arm,
Right elbow,
Upper arm,
Left elbow,
Right shoulder,
Right side,
Ribcage,
Right thigh,
Right knee,
Right lower leg.
Now moving to the ankle,
Top of the right foot,
Big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Now the first toe.
Moving to the sole of the left foot.
Now become aware of the whole right side of your body,
Just the right side of body.
Now we will move to the left side of the body.
Flow the awareness to the left side,
Left hand,
Thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Now the little finger,
Left palm,
Back side of the palm,
Left wrist,
Lower arm,
Left elbow.
Moving to the shoulder,
Left side of the shoulder,
Left side ribcage,
Left side of the belly,
Left thigh,
Left knee,
Lower leg,
Left ankle,
Top of the left foot,
Big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
And now the fifth toe.
The sole of the left foot,
The sole of the left foot,
Now become aware of the left side of your body,
Just the left side.
Now moving to the back side of your body,
The whole back side that is in contact with the ground.
Now become aware of your breath,
Just notice how the air is flowing in and flowing out.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of the lungs and the abdomen,
With every breath and allow the breath to flow free and continuously.
As you inhale,
You're not just inhaling the air,
You're also breathing in the golden energy into your system,
Focused into the digestive system.
We will also bring a little visualization here.
So start to visualize the whole digestive system.
All the organs connected to the digestion process are placed mostly in the abdomen,
The liver,
The stomach,
Intestines,
The colon,
The rectum or the anal region.
And this all forms or functions with the digestion and excretion.
With every breath,
There is more and more golden energy entering into all the organs.
So this healing light is spreading through the intestines,
Through the stomach,
The liver,
Softening,
Relaxing and realigning all the parts.
Feel the stomach,
Soft,
Calm,
And digesting ease.
Now visualize the small intestines,
Gently help that lip,
Knowing,
Moving rhythmically.
Likewise,
The large intestines of the colon is functioning with ease and releasing wordlessly.
Now bring the awareness to the anal region.
Sense the warmth,
The relaxation,
And the openness.
The golden energy is spreading throughout,
Releasing all the blockages,
Disintegrating all the stagnations,
All the blocked energies flowing out,
Leaving all the organs light,
Functioning effortlessly at the natural rhythm.
Now on this beautiful stage,
Repeat your intention.

Feel the warmth spreading throughout your belly.
Now become aware of your whole body.
Become aware of your whole body.
Gently begin to deepen the breath.
Become aware of the room you are in.
Become aware of the time of the day and prepare to come out,
Prepare to come back.
Gently start to move your body.
Move the fingers,
The toes.
Allow the body to find its movement.
Another deep and long breath.
If you feel like,
Give a gentle stretch and in your own way,
In your own time,
Move into a seated posture.
Now here,
Either you can come back into a seated posture or continue a little more now.
Whatever feels good to you in the moment,
Go with it.
Gently place one hand on your abdomen.
And repeat this yoga,
The intention,
Three times mentally.

Healthy,
Functioning with ease and releasing effortlessly.
You can repeat whatever comes to you.
Mostly it's like my digestive system is healthy,
Is functioning with ease and is releasing effortlessly.
