I want you to begin this meditation by getting into a comfortable position,

Whether that's sitting or lying down,

Whatever position you feel like you can really relax in.

And once you're there,

I want you to close your eyes gently and take the deepest breath that you've taken all day.

And during this meditation,

You're not going to need to pay attention to it,

But subconsciously every breath in and every breath out is going to relax you more and more.

During this time,

We're going to be turning our focus inward to notice any areas in our body that are tense or that just shouldn't be there.

And we're not going to try to change those areas.

We're just going to take note of them.

I want you to begin by turning your attention all the way down to your feet,

Your feet that walk you around all day,

And noticing if there's any tension in your feet or just any feelings that shouldn't be there.

Not changing it,

Just being aware and remembering.

We're going to bring our attention now up into our legs,

Taking note of any areas there.

Moving up now to our torso and our stomach,

An area that does so much for us all day long that we don't notice.

And paying attention to notice any areas there of tension or just something that shouldn't be there.

Bringing our attention,

Our focus now up into our chest,

Feeling it rise and fall with our breath,

Just like it rises and falls all day long,

And seeing if there's anything there that we want to take note of.

Turning our focus now to our hands and our arms and our shoulders,

An area that does a lot of work and gets really tired.

Seeing if there's any areas there that we want to take note of.

And bringing our attention up into our throat and our neck,

Noticing anything there.

And focusing now on our head and our face,

Allowing the muscles in our face to relax,

Dropping our tongue from the roof of our mouth,

Allowing the space between our eyebrows and our eyes to soften,

Feeling our breath in and out through our nose,

Our breath that connects our internal world to our external world.

We're going to begin breathing in love,

And this love is going to go to all those areas in your body that you took note of before.

And we breathe in love,

And as we breathe out,

These areas dissolve and relax.

Breathing in love,

Breathing out,

Dissolving and relaxing.

And those areas we noticed,

Those areas of tension,

Are going to release easily.

And this relaxation is going to feel so comfortable and so right.

And after these areas of tension have been dissolved,

Your body is going to feel lighter.

We're going to lay here and appreciate this new lightness.

And after this meditation,

After you do whatever you need to do throughout the day,

This feeling is going to continue with you.

Your body is so deserving of relaxation,

And your body is so deserving of love,

And it's so happy to be here right now feeling both of those from you.

And whenever you're ready,

You can gently blink your eyes open,

Bringing your focus now back to your world,

And continuing on with the rest of your day feeling calm and feeling loved.
