Welcome to a quick release.
I invite you to find a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes and start bringing awareness from your body and your mind to your natural breath,
Feeling it maybe in your belly or your chest.
Take a deep sip of air through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth three times.
Notice how you are feeling,
Where there is tension stored within your body and bring there with your awareness your breath.
Breathe deeply in through your nose and slowly out through your nose,
Ten times.
Imagine that with every slow exhale the tension lessens as the exhale is releasing it,
Like a gentle breeze dispersing the clouds in the sky.
Come back to your natural breath,
Notice how you are feeling now and slowly,
When you are ready bring your awareness back to your sitting bones,
The rest of your body and the space around you.
And when you feel ready to open your eyes,
Do so gently,
Blinking them open and allowing the space in.
