So you found yourself in back-to-back meetings or needing a reset.

Well I'm glad you're here.

Let's start by breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Taking another deep breath in and this time letting something go.

We're going to begin breathing exclusively through the mouth with one singular inhale and one exhale.

It'll sound like this.

Join in when you're ready.

Now dropping that pattern and taking one really big full breath,

Filling your body all the way up with oxygen.

Releasing all of that with a singular exhale and holding on the bottom.

Taking one recovery breath in and exhaling.

Getting back into the practice.

On your next inhale fill the body all the way up and hold at the top.

Let it all go here.

Hold on empty for just a few moments longer.

Take a recovery breath in and we're gonna pick up the pace for just the last 30 seconds.

Let's get into it.

Taking your last four breaths here before concluding the pattern.

We'll finish by taking one last deep breath in,

The biggest one of the day,

Feeling your body expand,

Letting it go.
