We're going to begin breathing exclusively through the mouth with one singular inhale and one exhale.

Filling your body all the way up with oxygen.
Releasing all of that with a singular exhale and holding on the bottom.
Taking one recovery breath in and exhaling.
Getting back into the practice.
On your next inhale fill the body all the way up and hold at the top.
