You'll breathe sharply into the belly,
Sharply into the chest,
And then let it all go.
We'll do this for about 90 seconds,
And you'll be on your way.
So get comfortable sitting or lying down,
Closing your eyes or taking a low gaze.

Sipping all the oxygen up and holding at the top.
