Welcome to your energy shower.

This is a quick and easy technique that allows you to re-energize your body,

Revitalize your focus,

And can be a quick pick-me-up any time of the day.

For this practice,

You'll breathe sharply into the belly,

Sharply into the chest,

And then let it all go.

We'll do this for about 90 seconds,

And you'll be on your way.

So get comfortable sitting or lying down,

Closing your eyes or taking a low gaze.

Let's get into it.

There's about 30 more seconds.

Keep breathing.

Sipping all the oxygen up and holding at the top.

Notice how your state has shifted.

Notice how you feel.

Now take this energy and carry it with you for the rest of your day.
