Hello and welcome to your breath practice.

Today we have a quick and effective practice to energize the body and allow the mind to really shift into focus mode.

This is a great practice for those afternoon slumps when you're feeling a bit tired but you maybe don't want to reach for another cup of coffee that will impact your sleep.

This technique increases oxygen,

Boosts circulation and metabolism to really get your brain moving.

This breath is simple.

It's two sharp inhales through the nose and two sharp exhales through the mouth.

It'll sound like this.

So find yourself a comfortable seat.

Maybe close your eyes or take your gaze to an easy point on the floor.

Taking one cleansing breath in together.

We'll get started in just a second.

It'll sound like this.

Taking a moment of gratitude,

Thanking yourself for carving out just a few moments to revitalize your body and bring clarity to the mind.

Finding some gentle movements in your fingers or your toes.
