In this one,
We are going to be doing coherent breathing,
Which simply means we're going to breathe in for the same amount of time that we're breathing out.
We're going to be doing two rounds.
The first one,
We're going to breathe in and out through the mouth.
We're going to have a hold in the middle,
And then we're going to end with breathing in and out through the nose.
So get ready.

With every exhale,
Relaxing the jaw open a little bit more.
Allowing the shoulders to drop away from the ears.
We'll be doing our breath hold in just a minute.
And big inhale through the mouth,
Breathing all the way up.
Sipping a little bit more if you can,
Holding it at the top,
And letting it go on my count.

Closing the mouth,
And we're going to be breathing in through the nose.
Out through the nose.
Allowing it to be easy.
