Welcome to your Breathwork Energy Boost.
We got two songs in this track,
So it'll be short,
Sweet,
And fun.
The first one's gonna be a lot more energizing.
The second will be a lot more calming.
Just listen to my guidance.
Closing the eyes or take them to the low gaze,
Opening the mouth and breathing in 2,
3,
4,
Out 2,
3,
4.
Into the mouth.
Out through the mouth.
In,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Out,
Two,
Three,
Four.
In.
Out on your own.
In just a moment,
We're going to have a breath hold.
Just follow my guidance.
Two three four out two three four breathing all the way in all the way up and holding it at the top.
Holding it here,
Letting it marinate,
Maybe squeezing the hands,
Squeezing the body and letting it out on my count in three,
Two,
One,
Exhaling.
Breathing into the nose and exhaling out the mouth to clear.
And we'll get back into the same pattern,
Except breathing in through the nose.
Here we go.
In to the nose,
Three,
Four.
Out through the mouth,
Three,
Four.
In,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Out,
Two,
Three,
Four.
In to the nose,
Three,
Four.
Out through the mouth You got it on your own.
In 2,
3,
4.
Out 2,
3,
4.
In just a moment we'll have our final breath hold.
Breathing all the way in through the nose,
Holding it at the top.
And exhaling a little quicker this time.
Holding at the bottom for a few more moments,
Maybe a little bit longer than the last one.
Resting any muscles.
And in just a moment,
Breathing softly in through the nose.
And also exhaling softly out the mouth.
Into the nose 2 3 4 out the mouth 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 in 2 3 4 out 2 3 4 5 6 seven,
Eight,
And nine.
Out.
On your own.
Opening and softening the hands.
Pointing them palms up.
And tuning in to how your body likes to breathe.
Continuing to bring the air in through the nose.
Long exhales out the mouth.
Yeah,
Man.
And you're done with your next exhale,
Closing the mouth,
Breathing in and out through the nose,
And finding a rhythm and tempo that just works for you and that you can carry on for the rest of your day.
Thank you for practicing with me.
Thank you for tuning into your Brath.
And wishing you a fantastic rest of your day.
Happy Breathing.
