
Full Moon Manifestation Guided Visualisation

First tapping into your intuition at the third eye, through breath awareness and body yantra. You will then be guided to discover your heart's deepest longing and visualize your desired state. Helping to instill a sense of self-belief and calling upon the abundant energy available to us from the full moon to help us manifest.
Transcript
Welcome to this manifestation meditation.
So you might want to lie back and get comfortable,
Or you can come to a seated position.
Just taking a few moments to get comfortable and settle in.
And then let's take a nice big deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Allowing the eyes to become heavy and close softly.
Just taking some moments to arrive to the body.
Arrive to the practice.
Noticing any distractions.
Quiet and fade away.
And becoming aware of the breath.
Breathing into the body.
Just noticing the effortless breath coming and going.
And then becoming aware of the breath in the nostrils.
The cool air as you breathe in.
The warm air as you breathe out.
And not trying to change or control the breath,
Just allow it to be.
And with our awareness,
We're now going to draw a yantra.
So this is a sacred shape.
A shape that we can meditate on.
And we're going to draw this shape with our awareness inside our body.
So you can think of it as though drawing a new pattern on the temple of your body.
So let's begin by taking the attention all the way into the left nostril.
Into the left nostril.
And as you inhale,
Breathing in through the left nostril.
Drawing a line through the left nostril all the way up into the third eye.
And as you exhale,
You draw that line back down from the third eye out of your left nostril.
And just taking a few moments to connect to this line of energy that we are drawing with our mind's eye.
And this may present itself as a colour or a specific shape or texture.
And really try not to overthink this,
Just allow the mind to intuitively discover your pattern and quality of life.
So in and out through the left nostril,
Establishing that line of awareness,
Line of energy,
Of prana,
Of life force.
Good.
And then taking all of your attention into the right nostril.
Same process here,
So inhale up through the right nostril,
Up into the third eye,
And exhale out the right nostril.
And just keep going backwards and forwards,
Establishing this line of awareness,
This pattern,
This shape.
And we're connecting our breath,
Our prana,
Into the third eye to help us discover and connect us into the work of our manifestation.
And then once you feel like the right side has established itself,
We're going to do left and right at the same time.
So still allow the breath to be natural.
We're going to inhale through both nostrils,
Drawing a line through both nostrils at the same time up into the third eye.
And then exhale,
Drawing the line back out of each nostril.
Just continue in this rhythm and this practice,
Almost as though you're drawing a triangle without a bottom.
And then we're connecting to our centre of intuition and seeing our third eye,
Our arjna chakra.
And as you relax into this practice,
You may notice that there is a subtle pause in between each breath.
And I just want you to begin to tune into these subtle pauses.
So as you inhale,
Bringing the awareness up into the third eye and just allowing yourself to linger there for a moment while the breath naturally suspends itself.
And then the next breath emerges and you can continue.
And then let's allow our concentration to soften and release the practice.
We're now going to set our San Kopa.
So this is our intention for the practice.
So you're here to manifest.
What is it that you would like to manifest?
Or maybe you would like to create an intention about finding clearer vision.
So just take a moment here to tune into your intention,
Your heart's longing.
And you may even like to bring your palms into the heart centre,
Into the arjna chakra to connect to this energy a bit more,
A bit more tactile,
Feeling the warmth and the pulsation of the heart and maybe this helps.
Take your time,
Listen deeply.
The heart's longing isn't something that screams and shouts and is loud.
It's subtle,
It's quiet,
It whispers.
And then once you discover your San Kopa,
Mentally stating it three times.
Now we are going to go on a journey connecting to the full moon energy to help create a clear path ahead of us,
A clear path to help us manifest our heart's longing.
In essence,
Full moons are nourishing.
The moon is a symbolism of the feminine,
Receiving the light of the sun shining back at us with illumination.
When the moon is full,
Its strong gravitational pull on the earth makes for a time of peak creative energy and incredible powerful intuitive breakthroughs.
This is a time of embodiment and feeling.
Take time to reflect on what the full moon brings up for you.
Now imagine you as you are right now in this present moment with all of your thoughts,
Your feelings,
Situations,
Relationships and dreams.
Connecting to you as you are in this moment.
And then visualise yourself stepping out into a beautiful night time scenery.
Keeping it somewhere familiar for now.
So maybe a beautiful garden or a place of a fond memory.
Embody how you feel about your life right now.
How do you hold yourself in this visualisation?
How do you emotionally feel in this scenery?
What are you wearing?
We will now begin to slowly walk through our scenery.
As you walk,
Notice what pace you walk at.
How you hold your body,
Your posture,
How you walk.
Now let the full moon come down from the sky.
Coming down until it is hovering right above you and you stand still for a moment to gaze up.
Its size,
Its glow,
Its magnetic pull to embrace life fully,
To create and to radiate feels inspiring.
Allow it to feel strong,
Feel the magic.
As you do this,
Allow the moon's light to illuminate a beautiful clear path in front of you.
Take time to note how your path looks.
What colour is it?
Is it paved or gravel or grassy?
Maybe it's glowing,
Maybe it's pure light.
Is it straight?
Is it curvy and meandering away into the distance?
Just take some time to allow the image to appear and to know what your path looks like.
And then begin to slowly walk along your path.
If you feel called to move in any other way,
Then trust your intuition.
Maybe you're on roller skates or you're skipping or jogging.
Try not to overthink this meditation,
Just allow what comes up to be.
Feel every cell in your being soak up the moon's light energy.
Allow yourself to fill with the light.
Fill up with joy.
Joy of life and its possibilities.
As you walk this path,
Feel a sense of believing in yourself.
Feel a sense of trusting your journey.
Trusting your path and trusting the process.
The path leads to a door.
Visualise and notice the details of your door.
This door will unlock your vision,
Your desired state and connect you to your higher self and where you wish to be.
The door can be in the middle of nowhere.
It might be in a wall.
It might be in a hedge or a tree.
Just allow your awareness to conjure up your door.
Again,
Trusting your intuition.
Imagine putting your hand out to turn the handle of the door.
And feeling the sensation of the handle in your hand.
Is it cold?
Is it warm?
Is it smooth?
Is there a tingling or a vibration?
And then let's slowly turn the handle and open the door.
As you open the door,
It's misty with the moonlight still glowing and you slowly walk through the mist.
Allow this thick mist or fogginess to cleanse and clear any limiting beliefs,
Any negativity,
Anything holding you back,
Allowing this mist to purify and cleanse these energies.
As the mist clears,
Slowly allow your attention to orientate yourself and notice where you are.
This is your desired state.
Connecting to your higher self,
Bringing you to where you wish to be.
Notice how you are dressed,
How you feel.
What are you doing?
What is your new story here,
Your new vision?
Take some time to embody it fully.
Feel it.
Believe it as though it is true and happening in the present.
Explore the scenery for a while.
Walk around.
Get curious.
Maybe you're calling guides for advice or for guidance or maybe a message presents itself to you.
Just taking a minute or two here to trust your intuition and freely explore.
Be noticing what the sky looks like.
If at any point you feel slightly disorientated,
Then visualize looking at your hands and looking at your feet.
Otherwise enjoy the feeling of being in this desired state.
Create the details.
Add the colours.
Notice the beauty.
And then we're going to slowly bring ourselves back.
So from wherever you are in your scenery,
Let's slowly make our way back to the door that you came through.
Finding your door and as you step through the door back into the present,
It is up to you whether you want to leave this door open or whether you want to close it.
And everyone will have different instincts and reasons for closing or opening their door.
So I trust you to make that decision with your own deepest wisdom and know what's best for you.
Once you've come back through the door,
Slowly begin to make your way back along the moonlit path.
Coming back to the starting point where we began our journey.
When you are back to your starting point,
Just simply sitting back down or lying back down however you began,
However you are in this present moment,
Lying or seated.
And we're just going to take one last moment to acknowledge the moon's power and say thank you,
Thank you for its guidance,
Its wisdom and its inspiration in this meditation.
And then in our meditation,
In our visualization,
We close our eyes.
And then in reality,
We are going to bring our hands to our heart.
And again,
We're just going to say thank you for the guidance that the moon has given us.
Thank you to our intuition and thank you to anything else that helped you in this meditation.
With the hands still on the heart,
Take a moment to recall your sankalpa and repeat it three times.
And then when you're ready,
Slowly bringing your attention back to the surface,
Maybe reading the fingers or taking a few gentle moments before blinking the eyes open.
Take your time.
And when you're ready,
Opening the eyes.
