I'm Nola Bloom,

And tonight I invite you to rest deeply with a serenity sleep meditation.

A soft and soothing journey designed to lull your body,

Mind,

And spirit into a peaceful slumber.

Take a moment to settle comfortably into your bed.

Find your favorite sleep position,

And adjust your pillows and blankets until everything feels just right.

Soft,

Supportive,

Cocooning you in warmth and tenderness.

Feel the gentle weight of the covers,

The softness beneath your body,

And the tender embrace of stillness beginning to surround you.

This space is sacred,

Devoted to your rest and renewal.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And exhale with a long sigh.

Let go of your day.

Allow every moment that came before now to simply dissolve.

Inhale deeply,

Invite peace to flow in.

Exhale completely,

Release anything that no longer serves.

Feel the body softening deeper with each breath.

Now imagine yourself lying upon a peaceful beach.

The sand molds perfectly to your body.

Soft and cool beneath you.

Above you,

A palm tree gently sways in the breeze,

Its leaves whispering lullabies to the sky.

The air smells faint,

Of soft and warm.

The sound of distant waves rhythmically caressing the shore.

Sunlight rests on your skin like a tender kiss.

Glowing through your eyelids in a soft amber hue.

Let the sound of the ocean wash over you.

A slow,

Hypnotic rhythm carries away all tension.

Feel yourself melting deeper into the sound.

The warmth beneath you blending with the warmth within you.

You are floating between breath and time.

Between waking and dream.

All is peaceful.

All is well.

Now bring awareness to the top of your head.

Imagine a soft wave of relaxation flowing down from your scalp.

Releasing all tension as it moves.

Your forehead smooths.

Your eyes grow heavy.

Your jaw unclenches.

Soft and loose.

A smile of calm rests lightly on your lips.

Let this wave travel down your neck and shoulders.

Melting away the weight of the day.

Your shoulders sink into the mattress.

Your arms and hands completely at ease.

The wave continues through your chest.

Where the breath moves like a calm ocean tide.

Into your belly.

Soft and relaxed.

Into your lower back and hips.

Releasing any tightness there.

Now flowing down to your thighs.

Until even your feet and toes feel light and loose.

Your entire body is bathed in warmth.

Blanketed in comfort.

Sway from the rhythm of your breath.

You are softness.

You are stillness.

Now let my voice fade slightly as you listen inwardly.

Allow these words to drift gently through your mind.

Like feathers carried on a soft breeze.

My body is at ease.

Inviting restful slumber.

Sleep comes effortless to me.

Restoring my energy and peace.

I surrender to the gentle embrace of night.

Each breath carries me closer to rest.

As I sleep deeply,

My body and mind find harmony.

My dreams are gentle,

Luminous,

And kind.

I am safe.

I am love.

I am free.

Let these affirmations ripple through your being.

Rooted softly in your subconscious mind,

They will continue to guide you long after this journey ends.

Leading you towards a deep restorative sleep.

Now imagine a soft veil of starlight descending around you.

It sparkles gently,

Like moonlight on quiet waves.

Every sparkle a whisper.

A lullaby.

You are wrapped in starlight now.

Cradled by night.

Held by the gentle rhythm of your breath.

Drifting.

Slower.

Your breath merges with the breath of the universe.

Your dreams open like petals at dawn.

You are safe to rest.

You are free to sleep.

Now I will count softly from 10 to 0.

With each number,

Feel yourself drifting deeper into comfort.

Into silence.

Into dream.

The body is heavy,

Safe,

And still.

Nine.

The mind drifts like a feather on air.

The breath slows.

Deep and steady.

Seven.

Warmth spreads through every limb.

Six.

The ocean of night cradles you.

Seven.

The stars hum softly,

Shimmering above.

Four.

You are floating in pure tranquility.

Three.

Thoughts dissolve into silver mist.

Two.

Peace fills every cell.

One.

You are light.

Zero.

You are sleep.

Rest now.

Radiant song.

Into the arms of the night.

Let your dreams cradle you in serenity.

Wrapped in softness.

Peace.

And love.

Sleep.

Deeply.

Rest.

Completely.
