Welcome Radiant Soul.

This is a short meditation.

An invitation to rest without effort.

To be held without needing to do anything at all.

Allow your body to settle just as it is.

No adjustment needed.

Feel the support beneath you.

The simple fact that something is already holding your weight.

Take a slow,

Natural breath in.

And an easy breath out.

And imagine for a moment that you are being gently held by life itself.

Nothing mystical.

Just a quiet sense of support that doesn't ask anything from you.

Let the muscles soften a little.

The jaw.

The belly.

The space behind the eyes.

If the mind wanders,

That's ok.

You don't need to follow it.

For these few moments,

Simply allow yourself to be here.

Receiving this pause.

And carry this sense of being held with you as you move throughout your day.

Namaste.
