This bowl that I have in my hand is 350 years old.
So imagine a 350 year old friend of yours just whispering in your ear whatever wisdom they have to share.
Allow breath to deepen,

And begin to notice how the mind responds to pure sound.
TheApp allowing the body to soften allowing the breath to deepen notice what has already shifted and what I'll do is I'll play the same bowl again but the note is an A so as I play the bowl call in whatever wisdom you need right so call in ancestral personal body spiritual wisdom just for whatever reason like these notes are meant to not only clear the mind but to clear the mind so that wisdom can take root so here we go wisdom deep into the nose exhale clear next note I'll play is a C in the third octave power and awareness power not in the sense of like her but power isn't like willpower strength and discernment so as I play this bowl imagine where you need power and awareness and let it come to you as opposed to like striving for it it's already there you the grounding tones I feel grounded last home was meant to clear the mind this is to help you feel grounded you you you you the full inhale exhale clear next note I'll play is an E in the third octave and E is the solar plexus so as you hear this note call in anything that allows you to digest negative emotion right so use the digestive system not just for food but just to process things that just need to go you you you the nose exhale out the mouth last note I'll play before we get into some of the more complex sounds of the gong not complex in a bad way just they're rich is this is the note for the heart it's an F so focus on the heart in a way that allows the heart to be expressive expansive and open you you deep inhale exhale clear so what I'm gonna do now switch my microphones because I'm fancy like that whatever and play some of these gongs so you know when they say the word sound bath part of that is because a gong just washes the entire body with sound so if there's any negativity and like your energy body or whatever gongs are just like so allow yourself to be washed with this let's let's start here you you you you you you Now for the next minute or so,
Just allow yourself to sit in silence.
Notice the shoulders,
Notice the face,
And all you did was listen.
So be in this peace that we've co-created.
Allow your meditation to be a dance with the music that you've heard.
As dancing is always fun.

But dance with the breath,
With the sound,
For about a minute.
And with each exhale,
Perhaps softening the shoulders or the face,
And just notice where tension may be and how easy it can be now to release it.
Notice if your ability to hear has sharpened.
What does your own breath sound like?
Just be curious.

It'll be okay.
Mind clear,
Breath deep,
Face soft.
Calling in wisdom.

And just check in with yourself to see how that feels.
Notice the jaw,
Notice the shoulders,
Notice the chest.
And most importantly,
Notice what has shifted in your energy simply by listening to things that don't piss you off.
Things that support your peace of mind,
Things that work out energy in the body.
Place palms together,
Create friction in the palms,
That sweet heat.
And then just massage the hands first,
Right?
