Claire has spent many years on self development and creative work starting with learning meditation and philosophy as a young teenager, training to be a qualified counsellor in her twenties after her first BA Hons degree when her mother suddenly died; working as a coach, mentor, teacher and counsellor and twenty years experience as a singer-songwriter, jazz vocalist, spoken word artist, band manager and writer. She holds a MMUS jazz voice masters in performance from the Guildhall School of Music in London, a BA Honours degree in languages from Exeter University, Qualified Teacher Status from Southampton University and a BACP recognised Diploma in Individual and Relationship Counselling with extra training in trauma recovery and nervous system regulation. She has worked with many people helping them shift old patterns and wounds to feel more fulfilled, creative, whole, energised and happier. Working with Claire you will remove obstacles to your well-being, explore how you can lead a more balanced, nourishing and fulfilled life where you can feel a sense of control and choice, restore more joy and peace about where you are and what you are doing because you understand more about the neuroscience of why things have been the way they are and what you can do to improve or change things. She will help you find or cultivate your own unique creativity, not just the conventional expressions such as song, dance, art, acting, designing etc .
