Hello everyone,

Violet here.

Today I thought I would share with you a quick morning intention setting meditation.

So go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable position,

Whether you're still in bed or perhaps you're already up with your hot beverage like I am.

But start to feel your body and awaken your spirit within you.

Start to feel awake and alive and let that vibrant energy move throughout your body.

You could imagine it as the rays of the morning sunshine and the morning light entering your energetic field.

Maybe even stretch if you need to.

Open up your chest.

Take a couple cleansing breaths.

Cleanse anything that has been moving through you through the nighttime as your subconscious mind and spirit has been working out all of the things that you experienced yesterday.

If anything,

You know,

Entered your your subconscious last night,

Let that move through you today and kind of cleanse yourself of anything,

Anything that came bubbling to the surface through the nighttime.

And after those few breaths,

Take a moment to center yourself in this moment,

Really ground yourself into the earth below whatever part of yourself is touching the earth below.

And decide on an intention for today.

It could be as simple as a word.

It could be a goal.

It could even be abstract like a color or a type of energy.

What is it that you want to embody today?

And once you've taken a moment setting your intention,

Know that that intention,

Just the act of setting it is what's important.

Even if you don't end up meeting your goal,

Even just thinking intentionally about the day ahead,

That is what this practice is all about.

That is what this practice is all about.

And so now take a couple breaths and imagine that intention being a part of your day.

Imagine embodying that energy right now in your few breaths.

And then release and let it go.

And bring yourself back into the present moment.

You can go ahead and open up your eyes and notice something that you see.

Notice something that you're hearing.

Notice something that you're feeling.

Notice something that you're feeling.

And if you can,

Notice something that you smell and perhaps something that you taste.

Or otherwise,

Just incorporating this at any point in the day is beneficial,

Returning back to your intention with a few breaths.
