Hello everyone,

Violet here and welcome to this super quick evening bedtime meditation.

So I want you to take a moment to really find your relaxed state,

Get in a nice comfortable position.

You can even already be in bed if you want to,

To do this.

Find a place that feels safe and warm,

Comfortable,

And begin to let your body relax,

Starting from your head and going down to your toes.

And you can do this throughout the meditation,

Focusing on each part of your body relaxing.

You might work your way back up from your toes to your head if you get to the end.

And if you're really having trouble,

You could really tense a part of your body and then let it go and release it with an out breath.

But I want you to take some time thinking about your day and thinking about any sort of lessons,

Any sort of issues that have come up through the day.

Think about if you had set any intentions for today,

Whether they were fruitful,

Whether perhaps something changed your direction in the day,

Changed your path.

And just let those things integrate into your body.

Really soak them in,

Whether they be lessons from a negative experience or memories that you want to keep for the future.

And take a few deep breaths.

We're going to do four breaths.

And you can do any sort of pranayama practice.

I personally like to do the four,

Seven,

Eight breath,

Which is breathing in four,

Holding for seven,

Breathing out eight.

You can do this any way that you want.

Now for your first breath,

Just let it bring you into this present relaxed state of mind.

And for your second breath,

Go ahead and take something today that you have learned.

You can pinpoint it exactly or it could be general.

For your third breath,

Take something that you want to remember from today and really feel the gratitude for whatever that is.

It could be a very small moment or it could be something that is a part of your every day.

For your final breath,

Go ahead and imagine a protective white light or whatever feels comforting and protective to you,

Surrounding you as you go into the nighttime and enter your subconscious state.

Thank you so much for sharing your practice with me and I hope you have a restful night.

I'll see you next time.

Good night.
