This is a guided circular breathing meditation designed to reduce stress and anxiety while clearing the mind. The circular breath is a powerful technique that involves breathing in a continuous cycle, using both the nose and mouth. Start by breathing in through your nose, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Next, shift to breathing in through your mouth, and exhale slowly through your nose. With practice, the circular breath can be an effective tool for reducing stress and anxiety while promoting relaxation and mental clarity. Try incorporating this practice into your daily routine to experience the benefits for yourself.

Transcript

During this practice,

I will guide you through three minutes of circular breath,

Which can be used at any time of day to release tension,

Stress,

Or nervousness from the body.

You can find yourself in a comfortable seat with the eyes closed.

You can practice with the eyes open in any circumstance.

We breathe in through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth,

In through the mouth,

And out through the nose.

So you can try that with me.

Breathe in through your nose,

Out through the mouth,

Sip in through the mouth,

And out through the nose.

Sip in,

And out.

In through your nose,

Sip in,

Breathe in,

Sip in,

And out.

In through your mouth,

Sip in,

And out.

In through your mouth,

Sip in,

And out.

In through your mouth,

Sip in,

And out.

In through your mouth,

Sip in,

And out.

In through your mouth,

Sip in,

And out.

In through your mouth,

Sip in,

And out.

In through your mouth,

Sip in,

And out.

In through your mouth,

Sip in,

And out.

In through your mouth,

Sip in,

And out.

And fill the belly.

Sip in.

Last set together,

Breathe.

Out,

Sip in.

Whether you're sitting or standing,

Just coming back to center for a moment here.

To slow down,

Be quiet,

Noticing any sensations.

Feel the fingers and toes.

Bring yourself back in your space.
