Welcome lovely.

Let's get straight into it.

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes.

Begin by placing your right hand over your forehead,

Thumb pointed up towards the crown of your head and fingers parallel to your mouth.

With your left hand,

Place it in front of you as though you were saying stop to somebody and open out your thumb.

Your left hand should make the capital L.

Drop your right hand from your forehead,

Taking the second and third fingers of your right hand and gently trace a line three times from the bridge of your nose to your forehead.

One,

Two,

Three and relax your hands down.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Begin by taking a deep breath in,

Hold for a moment and exhale.

Once more,

Breathe in,

Hold and exhale.

Picture yourself lying in a lush green meadow.

It's a beautiful warm summer's day,

Sun is shining in the sky,

You're lying on soft green grass.

Feel yourself melting into the ground,

Arms are heavy,

Legs are heavy,

Your entire body is heavy.

Looking up above you,

The tree shading you from the day,

In the brilliant blue sky,

White fluffy clouds stretch out like cotton wool,

Puffy and white against the blue blue sky.

As you lie on the grass,

Looking up,

Find yourself lying on the fluffy white cloud,

Feeling fully supported,

Held,

All is well,

Laying back on this cloud that holds you up.

It feels so safe and so easy to be lying on this cloud,

Effortlessly floating.

In this space you feel free,

It all feels so easy and supported.

Any thoughts that arise,

Or any feelings or sensations that don't fit in this space,

That don't gel or sync with the floaty dreamy space you are in now,

Allow them to just drift off on a white fluffy cloud in the opposite direction.

Seek those thoughts,

Seek those feelings,

Emotions,

Sensations on a cloud and just watch them gently drift away from you.

As you lie on this fluffy white cloud,

You notice another cloud come closer to you,

And on this cloud there sits a being,

A radiant being,

This being is so radiant,

They shine,

Intense light means you cannot see their face,

Yet you know,

Somehow,

Intuitively,

You know this is a female,

And this female feels so warm and loving towards you,

That it opens up your heart,

And as your heart opens up,

Feel the connection there is between you and this special being.

Allow the connection between you and this special being expand,

And this being does not speak,

Yet you clearly hear words in your head,

You clearly hear words in your mind,

Dearest one,

You are so loved,

You are so blessed,

There is only love here for you,

There is only peace here for you,

And we are sending so much love and ease and well-being to you at this time,

When you come into your dream-like state,

When you are asleep,

We watch over you,

We send so much love and so many blessings to you,

For you are in a space where you have braved this world,

You are so courageous to have stepped in this world of duality,

And we honour your choice and your willingness to be in this place,

Where you feel things that we do not have access to,

We are beings of love and light,

And we hold space for you,

And we know your true bravery and courage,

And we salute you,

And at the same time,

We send so many blessings,

Even though you do not need protection,

If you feel you need it,

We offer it,

For how can a being that is truly only love and light need protection,

Yet in this space you call earth,

The earthly experience that you are now having,

You can distance yourself from your true nature,

And yet it is only a perception of what could be,

And that perception will pass when you transition out of this life,

You are so loved,

You do not realise the extent to which you are loved,

One day you may do so,

And until then we want you to know as best you can that we are here for you,

That your true nature is love,

Your true nature is divinity,

Your true nature is connection,

And you are so safe,

And so loved,

And so pure at your depth,

You make no mistakes,

There are no mistakes,

All is so well in the world,

Relax into that now,

Relax into your true nature,

And allow your mind to rest,

Allow your body to rest,

Your spirit knows how amazing you are,

As do we,

And now it is time for you to drift away from the cloud that you are lying on,

Drift away,

Sail into your dreams,

And know that when you wake,

You will feel this loving connection,

When you first sense that you are awake once more,

We adore you,

We send endless blessings to you,

Thank you for being here,

Thank you for your contribution,

Thank you for being present,

We love you,

And as this being gently lets go of this voice in your head,

Feel the peace,

Feel the love,

And gently,

Softly,

Easily slip into dream,

Into sleep,

Into the ease of your being,

By moving opposite arms and opposite legs,

So right arm,

Left leg,

And then switch to the left arm and the right leg,

As though you are walking down the street,

If there is someone in bed next to you,

Be as surreptitious as you can,

So as not to disturb them,

So counting as you march,

A black or a white board,

Whichever you prefer,

If you have chosen a black board,

Imagine a piece of white chalk,

If you have a white board,

Choose a black marker,

As you go through this process,

Don't go into details,

Just write down the headline or major issue,

Imagine you are telling your closest friend,

And you won't be repeating things that you've already said,

If you need to skip a question,

That is perfectly fine too,

What is in your mind that is keeping you awake,

Write down what is causing you the most stress first,

Thank you,

Now erase what you just wrote,

Again what is keeping you awake,

Write the next thing,

Thank you,

Now erase it,

Once more what is keeping you awake,

And each time witness yourself writing the words down,

Something new,

Something different,

We are going to empty out your mind,

Thank you,

Now erase it,

What is keeping you awake,

Thank you,

Now erase it,

What is keeping you awake,

And if you hit the end of the road and there's nothing further,

You can write nothing and erase it or you can just patiently wait,

What is keeping you awake,

Thank you and erase,

Now imagine that you have blinds that go all the way around your head,

Pull them in and out of your mind,

In your mind's eye with your eyes closed,

Search in your mind for the switch,

The on off switch to your mind,

Switch it to off now,

Imagine that you have blinds that go all the way around your head,

Pull them down now,

Bringing all your energy down to your heart,

Listen to your heartbeat,

See if you can feel it,

Hear it,

Sense it,

Visualize it,

Whichever way works best for you,

Trust that you will be okay,

Know that even when your body is resting you are getting a level of respite and the cells of your body can still renew and repair even if your mind is not asleep,

Maintain your focus in your heart,

Love and appreciation flowing in your heart,

Even when you are awake your body knows exactly what to do,

Visualize the flow of blood from your heart to all your extremities,

The cells of your body find to just respond to your heart's beat,

Nothing for you to do,

No whip,

Just releasing,

Relaxing,

Slipping further and further down,

Slow,

Soothing sleep,

Now slide down away,

Lovely,

If you're listening to this it means that you're awake and you would prefer not to be,

Let's help you slide back to sleep,

Opposite arms and opposite legs,

So right arm left leg and then switch to the left arm and right leg as though you're walking down the street,

If there's someone in bed next to you be as surreptitious as you can so as not to disturb them,
