Hello lovely and welcome to this extended nighttime meditation.

Before we start I want to give you a very brief introduction to kinesiology otherwise known as applied kinesiology for reference and so that we're on the same page.

Kinesiology comes from chiropractic mixed with traditional Chinese medicine.

Now I'm not face to face with you so you're going to be performing some very simple movements on yourself which are painless and very calming.

So let's get started.

Begin by placing your right hand over across your forehead so that your fingers are in your hairline and your thumb is pointed towards the top of your head.

Your hand should be parallel to your lips.

With your left hand place it in front of you as though you're going to say stop to someone and then open out your thumb so that your left hand makes a capital L.

Drop the right hand and take the second and third fingers of your right hand and trace a line from the bridge of your nose to a hairline three times.

Once,

Twice,

Three times.

Drop that down.

Now you're going to take the second and third fingers on both hands and you are going to find a little spot underneath your collarbone.

So if you drop straight down from where your eyes are onto your collarbone and then you go maybe about a centimeter or so below you'll find a couple of little notches below your collarbone on both sides and it's just on either side of your sternum and they may be a little bit tender.

I want you to rub in there.

Rub it just for a few seconds and then relax and now I want you to touch just below your lip with second and third finger or your whole hand it doesn't really matter just below your lip which with every hand is most comfortable it doesn't matter and then you're going to just run a line down the front of your body you don't have to touch your body it can be just on the outside all the way from just below your bottom lip to your pelvic bone and then you're just going to sort of flick it off and then run it once more flick it off then I want you to take a deep breath in hold it for a moment and exhale and breathe in hold and exhale now soften your body down for sleep get comfortable relax your body relax your mind allow your entire body to soften it's time to sleep now softly allowing your body to sink deeper and deeper into the surface you're lying on the bed the space that you are allow your body just melt into the bed picture yourself in a garden a very peaceful garden it's a warm summer's evening there's enough light for you to see it's dusk but it's not late and you're under a most beautiful beautiful tree and you can see the wind just very gently moving the tree the leaves the branches are very gently swaying from side to side you spot a big white fluffy cloud in the distance it may be tinged with the beautiful colors of the sunset maybe a gentle pink or a deep purple and as you're lying under this tree feeling calm and relaxed see yourself now lying on the cloud the cloud fully supports you feel trust you feel safe you feel divinely held as the cloud supports you all the way from the top of your head all the way through your body to the soles of your feet feeling held feeling met by the cloud feeling deeply deeply held by the divine trusting feeling safe knowing you're held knowing this space is for you you'll be held all night long as you slip into slumber allow your body to get even heavier and heavier as you sink into the cloud feel yourself going down deeper into the cloud as it holds you it holds your body it holds your energy it will hold you in place and just allow yourself to sink deeper into sleep soften slowly allow yourself to be pulled down and down and allow yourself to gently and softly drift away just drift away with the cloud
