A balanced mind means when you are neither in an extreme nor in low state. It means when you're moderate for everyone & everything. It means your views on everything is same. It means when you start to give the same reaction in both pleasure & pain. It means when no duality is left in your mind anymore

Hello everyone.

Thank you for joining me today.

Please find a comfortable place to sit where your body is completely supported.

If you wish you may lie down for this meditation.

Close your eyes and allow your thoughts to gently come in and go out of your mind.

Once your mind has settled down,

Ask yourself,

How can I be more balanced?

What thoughts come into your mind first?

Is the answer external such as,

How do I organize my life better?

Or is it internal such as,

How do I calm my heart and mind?

Please observe these thoughts without judging them.

Slowly allow them to drift away.

Relax your mind and body by noticing your breath coming in and flowing out.

Breathe in and allow your mind to calm down.

We have no need to hurry this moment.

Breathe in and allow your mind to calm down.

Bring your attention to your desire for more balance.

You are going to bring the energy of balance into your heart.

Balance only comes from settled emotions and a calm mind.

There is no other way to make your life balance.

When you are balanced,

You can still feel the air slightly moving all around you,

But inside you feel completely connected and still.

Imagine bringing your hands to your heart center and feel the energy of balance running through your whole body.

From your firmly grounded feet to the top of your head.

Balance is not visible on the outside,

Only inside.

Now gently come back into your mind and body by taking notes of your breath.

Feel your breath coming in and flowing out.

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you be peaceful.

Choose loving kindness.

Thank you very much.

Please open your eyes.

such soothing, inquisitive music behind this meditation track. I really felt called to examine my mind from the heartspace, granting me the privilege of being more compassionate to my very busy, imaginative brain.
