Transcript

Equanimity Meditation Please sit comfortably.

Take few deep long breaths.

Let thoughts come and go without having an influence on you.

Do not get caught up in the story.

Just sit and breathe naturally for several minutes.

Feel the mind expanding.

Feel the even-minded openness that becomes a balanced,

Clear response to all situations.

In this state,

You are no longer clinging to outcomes.

What will be,

Will be.

And you do not need any particular set of circumstances for you to be okay.

In this present moment,

You are balanced,

You are open-minded,

And you are free.

Feel pleasure from your heart chakra without grasping and clinging to it.

You can even feel pain without judgment.

Be present and totally wide open.

Observe your thoughts.

See the nature of the ever unfolding process without getting caught in reactivity.

The waves keep coming,

But you float on the surface rather than paddle furiously toward a desired destination.

Wherever you end up is where you are supposed to be.

May peace be with you.

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you be peaceful.

You do not need any particular circumstance or outcome to be OK. That was particularly helpful for me to hear Namaste.
